Modular Systems Installation for Private Offices
Working alongside Gooch Design Studio, this project involved a combination of vintage exposed bricks and beams and modern modular furniture on two levels: the main floor and a mezzanine.
The Overall Scope of the Modular Installation Services
Among other benefits, modular furniture systems are built to reconfigure as the space changes. Our modular installation services for this project encompassed:
- 27 Knoll Dividends Horizon open-concept workstations
- 20 private offices and three h media walls
- 5 breakout areas
In addition to modular systems, we provided the following:
- 5 breakout/huddle area installations
- Furniture assembly in a conference room
- Furniture installation and assembly in a sizeable breakroom
- Cozy reception waiting area
- Photography services through our special offer
- Miscellaneous office necessities as outlined below
- Warehouse storage to collect all the modules and office furniture in one location upon arrival until installation.
The Specifics of the Modular Furniture We Installed
Modular Systems Installation for Open Cubicles
Specifically, for the 27 Knoll workstations on the first floor, we installed the following modular systems:
- 27 Knoll k. stand™ height-adjustable tables
- personal towers
- 27 Knoll mobile two-drawer filing pedestals (located under the desk)
- Panel-to-panel power
- Frameless frosted glass to surround 27 workstations
Modular Systems Installation for Private Offices
For 20 private offices, our team hauled modular systems furniture to the mezzanine. Our installations involved:
- 20 Knoll Reff Profiles desks and storage
- 20 Three H media walls
Wehrli Furniture provided custom tables from reclaimed wood.
Ancillary Furniture Assembly and Installations
Throughout nearly 14,000 square feet, we installed or assembled chairs, tables, and other ancillary furniture, such as:
- Knoll Studio Bertoia diamond chairs assembly for private offices
- Club chairs and occasional tables for a cozy waiting area
- Banquette, square Corian break tables, and chairs for a spacious breakroom
- Five tables and 20 chairs for huddle areas
- Tackboards, monitor arms, and panel-to-panel power
